Ox & Palm Corned Beef, Original Chunky Style, 11.5 Ounce

Excellent beef product out of Australia 🇦🇺 with onion added to enhance flavor. Many cooking possibilities. 5*****

My number one favorite is the Palm (from New Zealand) is more solid and contains no onions. Ox and Palm is from Australia but it contains onions. With the Palm I add onions anyway, cut in little pieces or diced which I prefer. The Palm is more solid and meaty, while Ox and Palm is softer and rather creamy because of the added onions which I think are crushed and hence liquified.

Best tasting corned beef ever, love the onion in it, makes all the difference.

This corned beef is texturally similar to actual.corned beef as opposed to most processed ones that come out as a loaf. The flavor is good and it fries up pretty nicely. My only complaint is that there's a ton of fat in the can. Roughly a third the contents melts away in the pan into liquid fat. The meat boils in fat unless you remove it from the pan because theres so much. It might be easier to microwave it first and scoop out the meat to fry.

Bought it for my nephews. This brand is our favorite.

Like the chunkiness and the taste, but it has some quite large tough pieces of either veins or arteries (aorta?) mixed in which are quite off putting to say the least, even for a dedicated carnivore.

I make a comfort meal of this corned beef with potatoes for corned beef hash. It’s not dry and it’s a perfect portion. Easy to open. No insane key to get cut on. I tested all other brands and they aren’t even close to the flavor of this one.

Tasty stuff, just heat and eat
