Mothertouch Fabric Wonder Cradle, Pink

This was a well researched order but sadly it disappointed in many ways. Let me chart out my honest views:POSITIVES- Lightweight yet sturdy design. Good quality materials used.- easy to assemble as its preassembled. All you need to do is unfold it and lock the appropriate slots.- easy to carry around- swing action is Smooth and noiseless and the Swing lock fearure is useful.NEGATIVES- Height is low so we need to bend a lot to put or remove the baby from the cradle- the base of the cradle on which the baby sleeps is not firm therefore the baby is unable to sleep flat and this has an impact on the baby's spine. I put a piece of stiff cardboard and a small mattress on it to increase the firmness and comfort.- the mosquito net does not allow much air to penentrate inside therefore after a while it becomes hot and suffocating inside. The baby starts to sweat a lot. Netted panels should have also been provided on all 4 walls of the cradle instead of just the top to help air circulate inside. The material does not seem to be breathable.- the mosquito net is a very tight fit. It should have been slightly longer so that it would be easy to close it.Would I recommend it to others? Maybe not because of heat issues and uncomfortable on which the baby sleeps.

This one came neatly packed and needed minimum assembly upon receiving.No rust or other surprises.It is light weight but seems sturdy enough to take the weight of a baby.There is no cushion as such, maybe a thin layer of sponge at the bottom of the cradle.This one lies pretty low on the floor; you have to bend 90 degrees with hands stretched out to get your baby in and out of this cradle.The rocking mechanism is smooth and the cradle does not wobble.Tip 1: Look out for the rod on the top when moving your baby in and out of the cradle. Use the top rod to hang some toys, and try to control your feelings to use it to dry nappies and other stuff.Tip 2: I thought of getting a mattress, but one of my old recron pillows fits in perfectly as a mattress.I wrapped it with a towel and added a waterproof sheet on top.Go for this one instead of the ones with plush cushions and other bells and whistles. The are made of the same stuff and adding some cheap foam and cloth as decoration.Use the money saved to get your own toys and cushions instead, or if you are a fan of wheels, get a separate stroller.Hope this helps.

When u swing the cradle baby may go from side to side.. use pillows to secure his/her position. The base is not soft enough, so it's better to put a bed. Good for babies under 6 months old. Using this cradle for last 4 months. Makes a little bit noise.. but still it's ignorableMy baby is 15 months old and still using it...he has to bend his knees to fit in..but he likes to sleep in it.my child sits and stands inside the cradle.. so i can guarantee abt it's durability..Now looking to buy new cover/cloth..

After trying two other swings, this is the final that I selected and decided to go to shop to purchase new one if this also turns out to be not useful. But This is turn out to be quite great..Pros1. Swing motion is seamless2. design is very compact and sturdy3. Assembly is effortless.Cons1. Base slides on smooth surface2. No net on side to view baby3. Mattress need to be of better quality for this price....

Good product and looks really good... very neat packaging from amazon and the product is quite good...it could have been better if there was a little bit of more protection at the bottom but overall it was easy to install even without a manual and my baby was quite enjoying the swing... it's light weight and i am planning to carry it to my home town for a vacation with my family...

Bought it at around Rs 2000. Product worth is less than Rs 1000. Swing is the best part for which actually I bought it but after few days it starts making annoying noise while swing and which of course disturbs the baby a lot. Cradle base where baby sleeps is not solid but loose which again makes baby sleep uncomfortable.

It's a pretty basic cradle. After installing I found the following:a) the metal quality is good but the support stand felt a bit wobbly.b) you can't increase the height so it's a problem for the mom as they need to bow too low to take the baby.c) u need to be careful while taking out the baby to avoid hitting the cross bar.d) there's no instruction manual provided so u need to use your skills for installation.

I purchased this product, as usual the delivery was on time no delay observed. Regarding the product, the quality is very good, atleast you can use it for atleast 18months. There are two issues, one the height is very low, one has to bend to swing the cradle second one is the base. The base is made of cloth which is not heard enough to carry the baby weight as a result, the baby may slip to one side to other as per the swing.
