Who crams fragile pastry into an unpadded, Prime shipment envelope instead of a box?!
This two-box, 8-count shipment arrived in a bag, and it wasn't padded. Consequently, both boxes were partially crushed and the first 2-pop Tart package was so broken up it wouldn't hold together in the toaster. That first taste doesn't bode well for the likely wrecked condition of the rest of the fragile pastries. Recently, my wife shared a fond childhood memory of this pastry. I found these Pop-Tarts on Prime and looked forward to surprising her. The broken Pop-Tarts ruined the simple moment. Thanks, you derailing my wife's surprise.
