Great Customer Service.
For longer hair, this is a useless swim cap...it wants to pop up and off of your head. It may work for a child but I found it utterly useless.September 20, 2018 Update: After leaving a negative review, the Vendor contacted me by email, apologized for the cap not meeting my expectations and refunded the purchase price without being asked and they did not request return of the product. I would definitely purchase from this Vendor again because they sell products in good faith and are concerned with the customer's satisfaction. Impressive...and now I feel badly about the refund.

Horrible
First time I tried it on, was the only time it kept my hair dry. Ever since, it’s been a nightmare and a struggle to keep on. It slips off my head and pulls on my hair. So tight. My hair is dry. No difference if I wasn’t wearing a cap.

Somewhat ok product
This is not completely leakproof or large enough with long hair just half way down back. It Yanks the hair for breakage. It's ok better than others but still would not recommend. Only good part it does cover your ears.

It doesn't keep all of the water out of your ears, but my hair is less wet than with other caps I've tried. It also seems much more durable.

Not as described, don’t fit even child hair.
I bought it for myself, it did not fit my medium long hair. I wanted to give it to my daughter, but it eveb did not fit her hair as well. Very disappointing. Will be returning it.
