Trademark: Legal Care for Your Business & Product Name Tenth Edition

This book was great and easy to understand I read a music copyright book prior to reading this one so I was relatively familiar with some of the terms in the book it was very helpful and I've already recommended this book to quite a friends and family members easily one of the best books I've ever bought!

I'm an attorney and this is the best basic reference I have, and it didn't cost $150 like most attorney practice materials. This book is great for helping my business client who need occasional trademark help.

While there is good information in this book, it is very evident that the book has been rewritten numerous times. The editors should be ashamed. Information is repeated many times over. The book could be a third-less voluminous and still convey the same information. I recommend to the authors and editors they go back to square one, reread The Elements of Style (Strunk & White), and adhere to the principles of good writing and editing.
