I love that these stay cold and flexible for a long time. I have to ice for an hour a couple times a day and these are still cold when I’m done.

These are the best reusable cold packs for health rooms! They last for years. They are fuller than the other brands. I have not had a problem with any breaking or leaking. The smaller ones are the perfect size for elementary students.

First discovered these at my chiropractor's office, so I ordered a box for the house. Keep many in the freezer at all times, as well as a couple for warming. Either way they hold the cold or heat & fit comfortable on the injured area. With frequent chiro sessions and an injury prone teen athlete, you can't have enough of these ready for use. Very good professional quality, and they last!

This is our second order. We use them for aching muscles, lunch bag cooling, etc. and have given them to friends.

Work good. Stay cold for a lonf time

These are really good quality gel packs. I would have rated 5star but they are not 6"x9" as described. The outside packaging is 6"x8" but the gel area is more like 5"x7". They are still a good size and well worth the price. I use ice packs daily for chronic pain. These are still a good size for both areas and fit in the hand towel I use too keep ice from freezing the skin. The difference in size would not have changed whether I ordered them or not. I just expect them to be accurate to the specifications. I highly recommend these for quality value and size but recommend the vendor correct their specs to be true to size. I am considering ordering another box just because every time I get new ones I have trouble finding them in the larger size and of a quality where the plastic is durable and the gel fills the pack well. My last purchase lasted 3years and I anticipate these will last longer. I would recommend these to anyone and will give several away to friends who also ice injuries on a daily basis.

Great value in a bulk package. Not only a great value, these are also excellent cold-packs.These are great flexible cold-packs, for when you need to apply a cold-pack to an area where an ice pack simply doesn't fit the bill.When you need serious cold-pack therapy, you want to be able to maintain the cold for a prolonged time for maximum benefit, these really affordable packs allow you to do that economically.

Good size, seem like a quality pack!

Cool quickly and retain that coldness for a while. Never run out of ice packs with this multipack. Very durable.

These do not get as cold as I'd like them to get, nor do they hold the temperature for very long. They're smaller than I would like, but are OK for a while.

Perfect size great quality

Despite it says for professional and heavy duty, they are not manufactured to that standard. There are air pockets inside and when heated in the micro wave the air expands causing leakage only after a few uses. Heating it with hot water is not an efficient way. Use it cold only, not for me.

At a school for students...order came quickly and students are using them they work no different then any other brand.
