Contacted seller for return - VERY easy to work with
Purchased this for my mother's bathroom. Unit arrived a few hours after the contractor finished the jobs (confusion over the actual advertisement of the delivery schedule). Had to buy comparable unit from big box store. Contacted seller for return - VERY easy to work with. I wasn't sure what they would do, but got full refund.Now, about the actual unit. I did open the package to see how it would compared to the unit got put into my mother's bathroom. Construction is beautiful, and simple. Material is not too light, but not too heavy. It looks like it would last and survive heavy use. The bottom bracket for anchor is adjustable. The soap dish is just above the lower bracket in case you wonder.

The hose part of this is really long and looks really cheap. I returned it. Not the quality you would expect from Grohe.

So happy we bought it
Love it! Easy to install- works perfectly- Good water pressure. Great if you have young children or if you don't want to get your hair wet- works for my 6'2" son and my daughter who doesn't like to get her hair wet and 5'5" me!

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I bought it around 1 year. But in fact I install it since Jun. only six months use the hose inner tube has broken. Please see the picture. The same tube you can see the difference at two end sits.

The hose looks different from the photo, just very cheap grey plastic hose! After use for 3-4 month the cheap hose pop. I took a photo and hope Grohe can replace the hose for free as it is there mistake.

The shower head pressure is weak. The water pressure is strong if i remove the shower head, so that's not my house water pressure has problem. I don't have problem on the hose.

Model not so clearly marked
We understood from the advertisement that we'd be getting the same fixture as we bought locally in our plumbing store (for an earlier bathroom reno). This fixture however is a cheaper Grohe model for the same price as we paid locally for the better model. Its not only the spray that is limited in this model, but the posts fixing the rod to the wall are partially plastic (grey not chrome color). Sorry we made this purchase, but its such a hassle to return.
