The ring came with a chip where the mood section meets the steel (closer to where my nail is touching it in the photo). Other than that it would have been perfect. I’m still not sure about the size because I don’t know his size but it came in this nice little black felt drawstring pouch. Overall feels good. Just wish they would have checked it completely before shipping.Update 1. Was contacted by the owner who said he would send a replacement for my dissatisfaction. Great ownership and customer service! Will update once replacement comes in.Update 2. Received my replacement today and it’s perfect! Mr. Lagunas was prompt in his responses and courteous. The replacement was sent quickly and I’m very happy with his business and his product.

Great mood ring. Comfortable and sharp looking. Really like it. Don’t think I could find a better mood ring for the price. They have two widths 6mm and for those with big knuckles 8 mm. Highly recommended.

We measured my daughter's finger and used the chart for choosing the size. When we received the ring, it was huge! The ring color and feel was nice, but the sizing chart was way off.

I Had order my second color changing ring and it arrived quickly. but then I notice a bubble in the color changing area. I figured its not an expensive ring and I could turn it to the inside and no one would see it. I mentioned the bubble in my feedback, but added that overall I was happy with it. then their customer service reached out to me and offered to replace the ring. they place high value on the quality of the products they sell no matter what. that says a lot to me. five more stars :)

Very happy with the ring except that it came with a black spot. Something I suppose I can overlook, but just a bit disappointed. Things like this happen now and I'm taking it with a grain of salt. Overall, very nice fit, I like the changing colors and the novelty.Updated 08/20/2020: they sent another ring to replace the minor defect on the first one. I did not ask them to do this; just like the other reviewer they volunteered to do so. Changing my rating. Very happy with the customer service. Thank you!

What is there to NOT like?There's no flaws in it, practically seamless. VERY smooth finish and easily slid onto my finger.No chips, no scratches, the signiture inside is flush with the ring, making it VERY comfortable to wear.100/10 would buy again and I'll DEFINITELY recommend this to a friend!

I had the ring within 3 days of ordering using standard shipping. Customer service is outstanding and the ring is very comfortable and I love the color change and the brilliance of that color change. I am totally in love with this ring and that's awesome accessory To my wardrobe
