Utterly disappointed, it's not secure,
I bought 8 of this products and found that we can open all box with all the 16 keys provided with it. There is no point in providing the key lock mechanism to this "anyone with anyone of the keys can access letter box".if the product is not secure then there is no point in buying this product, I would appreciate if the seller gives me a solution for this

A bad choice
The finishing is not good. The opening for dropping letters is rigid. No screws for installation. Had to go shopping for that. (killing the advantage of online shopping) Could have as well bought a better box locally. Altogether a bad choice.

I would reject this brand for insulting the country.
Worst finish. Very quality. Received with rusted keys. This why are not able to encourage make in India or made in India. The picture promotion doesn’t match at all. I stay abroad and The picture was sent to me after after fixing so couldn’t return. I also purchased mirror boxes of the same brand God knows how it is. I haven’t got the picture.

Decent product, but damaged
Was delivered a product with scratches. I dont understand when selling at premium through such websites, why cant you even check the product once before sending?The concept and look was good and parts there, however, poor finish.

Very light flimsy product
Very thing gauge sheet used, very fragile design. The door should have been lined with some foam padding… can come off any time.Wanted orange they send me red.Did not return because will take another week to order and get another

Received More than Expected. Value for Money Paid
The letterbox is sturdy and so durable. Sizes are as described (height is a little less than 13 inches but it's ok) and so I liked this letterbox. Some minor improvements (like screws that handle the door) and finishing can make it the best item at this price (569). Satisfied with this purchase.

Looks different from the picture
Product is just ok. As per the pictures, the product colour and finish looks like a bit matte finish but I received a glossy one. Not sure whether it was a mistake or that's the original colour. I am thinking of going back to the traditional shopping method going forward , visit a shop and buy your stuffs.

poor exhicuted product with dents
Product is good but came dented, bit damaged, color chipped off..reached me after 3 week of passed delivery date..spray paint on metal not powder coated hence it will rust in our door..
