Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminium Non Stick Omelet Fry Pan 20cm (8 inches)

I have the 12 inch version of this pan that I have used for a couple of years now. I still fry eggs in it with no sticking. In fact, sometimes I need to chase them around the pan to flip them. I use a bit of vege oil and always wash the pan by hand. I have not tried putting it in the dishwasher. The smaller pan replaces a teflon unit that just wore out and started sticking. I hope it will last like his big brother.

I have had this pan for over a year and a half. I have used it almost daily, sometimes more than once a day. It has been a wonderful pan. Some of the coating seems to be wearing off the edges of the pan, But it is still nonstick. For the price, This is an excellent pan, and should last quite a while with normal use. I currently have a small area on the pan that has started to stick a little, But only without oil. A couple drops of oil fix the problem. I am replacing this pan for that reason, But for the price paid, It was WELL worth it. The larger pan has NO problems whatsoever, and I have had it longer than the 8". If you are willing to spend a little more, The Ozeri pans are a great choice. But if you are cash strapped, This pan will do you well for quite some time.

For about 9 months this pan was terrific! Then the coating began to disappear and the non-stickability went away. I love the size, the weight, the look of this pan and it was so good for a while, but I feel it should have lasted longer than 9 months!

Best non stick pans on the market,, I've tried them all. This is the only set that did not end up in the trash. Great pans.

I bought this to replace my 11-year old cast iron skillet, but not very much satisfied because the pan itself is too light and will not stay stable on the gas stove top when pan is empty. This manufacturer should make the handle not so heavy on their 8-inch pans. Or better yet, make the 8-inch pan heavier by making the bottom thicker. However, I am sure the 10-inch and larger sizes will have stability on gas stoves.

I was hesitant abouth buying this pan. After all, it only had 2 reviews. Since both reviews were good, I decided to risk it.I purchased this pan to make omlettes and over-easy eggs. Now, I don't flip my eggs, so I can't say how they would fare if they were. I put a lid on the pan and steam them.When I got the pan, I washed and dried it and waited to try it the next morning. I did not "season" this pan. I used no oil or non-stick spray. I simply beat the eggs and seasonings for my omlette and poured it into the pan. I put the lid on and cooked it. When I went to turn it with the spatula, it almost slid out of the pan. Plus,the omlette was evenly cooked. With over-easy eggs, I use the spatula to lift them out. Sometimes there might be a slight sticking spot, but the spatula quickly releases them and they slide out.So what can I say? I have not "seasoned" this pan once, and it continues to stay non-stick. I believe it is well worth the price and lives up to it's claims.

I have had several of these pans for me and my friends for a couple of years and was very happy with them, however this last one was awful the coating peeled off after just a few uses, it was really weird, it looked kind of like plastic peeling off, I wonder if this was a fake or is the company just making really poor quality pans now? Has anyone else had this happen?

These are the best pans I've ever used. No oil needed, heats and cools fast, easy clean up. I threw out all my old pans and bought these in every size.
