Not the best!
The top portion fit well but the bottom portion that goes around your stomach I expected to fit tighter to give you that waist trainer fit. I even got a size smaller than I thought I should so that I would have that tight fit and it just didn't happen for me. I was able to close the vest all the way to where there was no more Velcro left to pull it any tighter and still couldn't get that tight fit. I also feel like this vest doesn't make me sweat any more than I usually do!

Best sauna product on the market!!!!!!!!!
Just started using my bella band and the fat burning sweat cream Monday during my walks and it works! I can't wait to start Zumba so I can sweat even more. I highly reccommend this product!!! I will be writing another review in a few months with a before and after pics.

If you are heavy in the chest area, you will need to go up one size. However, the waist band will be big if you are smaller in the waist area.

Good sweat vest!!
I love my vest. I wear this vest while working out and it makes me sweat more! I haven't use the cream that comes with it.

Makes me sweat nicely. Really bulky under my clothes though. Makes me look pregnate
