This milk thistle supplement is definitely the real deal. I initially took 2 a day for the first 2 days and then switched to one a day before bed and I've noticed my tolerance to alcohol has increased, i.e. I get drunk less easily. These are fake. I’ve taken various strengths of milk thistle for over 10yrs. I primarily take it when I’m having a few drinks to support with the next day hangover. These ive been testing for the last month and I might as well be swallowing cardboard! Only a minimal effect when taking 6 tablets. Furthermore the package lists the product as: “58.3 mg equivalent to 3500mg”. Also noticed vivid dreams on the nights I have tried them?

As mentioned by others, these tablets are 350mg and not 3500mg each. So it makes it a bit tricky to figure out how much to take.
