Bitlomat 100 kit (2x radios) is an outdoor wireless bridge system operating in 5 GHz unlicensed frequency spectrum providing throughput up to 100 Mbps. The Bitlomat 100 is a compact and cost-effective wireless device that can be used as a point-to-point directional device in a bridge set-up, as a CPE in point-to-multipoint networks, or as a narrow-beam Base Station in a small point-to-multipoint set-up. The Bitlomat 100 embeds a 30 degrees beamwidth for interference mitigation, dual-polarized directional MIMO 2x2 antenna with a gain up to 16.5 dBi. Bitlomat 100 Bridge kit creates a transparent wireless bridge between two end points up to 5 miles. It supports multiple SSIDs, MAC addresses and DHCP across the wireless link. It has shielded hardware for spurious emission elimination. Moreover, it supports Service Level Agreement, Minimum guaranteed throughput per device (up and downlink), maximum throughput control per device (up and downlink), email notification in case of device failure, command line interface support, integrated OSPF and BGP, VLAN and Ethernet Port bonding support. The device can be configured in point-to-point application with CSMA (WI-FI standard protocol) or in point-to-multipoint network with Bitlomat proprietary TDMA protocol. With its password verification, MAC address authentication, SSID suppression and advanced WPA2 encryption, the system provides the best available wireless data security. Setup is easy in just 4 steps. There is no drivers or software that needs to be loaded to the computer. Bitlomat 100 bridge kit comes complete with all the electronics needed to set up a point to point wireless network bridge installation: including 2x Radio embedded with 16.5 dBi MIMO 2x2 antenna, 2x UV-rated plastic straps, 1x ESD-protected (+/- 15 KV) POE adapter and 1x power cord. The support is provided by email only. The user manual, firmware updates, and quick guides can be found on support.bitlomat.com

Great value, reliable hardware
Fantastic value. I installed a pair in Lilongwe, Malawi—which is either very hot, dry, and dusty, or very wet and miserable, depending on the season—to connect a heavily-used network between two buildings. The only time the link has gone down over the past year is when someone unplugged the power injector on one end. Setup is straightforward, if non-trivial...but as another reviewer mentioned, these are professional-grade radios. Highly recommend.

Look for something else
There’s not clear instructions, even in the manual. I even went into YouTube where you can typically find everything and there wasn’t much on it.

Best out there
Installed a wireless bridge for remote IP camera, 500 yards thru tree line and my master is inside at the DVR with no glitches..very impressed for the money!

“Great product. Easy to configure and deploy in the field - of course, if you are familiar with networking. Those who don't know what an IP address is will find it a little bit difficult since these radios are professional devices. Great performance on a 1-mile distance. It is like having a wired connection - unbelievable. Moreover, I can configure them easily from a point-to-point to a point-to-multipoint topology.”

Rock solid performance
I purchased this kit to share the internet connection from my neighbour. The distance is around 500 yards. I hooked up the 2 radios and it was easy to connect and I have had no problems with it. I think to use such devices is required to have a moderate technical ability. You should know how to change the ip addresses and update the firmware of the radios. The rest is easy.Rock solid performance. I love them.
