Perfect
This works far better then I would have thought with a power drill or battery operated.. i had to buy a new bolt to tighten the bottom portion as the old one could not take the pressure i applied, but with the new bolt from home depot 300 holes in hardened steel was an easy task for 1 drill bit. Highly recommend even with the bad bolt.

Good idea, but not worth the $300
Well, the concept is good. However, it's just kinda wimpy for what I had hoped to use it for. If you just need something for sheet metal or light duty, this might do the trick, but anything steel that's above 1/4" thick, I wouldn't suggest trying to use it. I wanted it for 1/2" holes in 1/2" stainless plate. Even using two pilot holes to make it's job easier, I bent it on the first hole at size. - but again, it's a good idea, just not sturdy enough. ESPECIALLY for $300...

Works well
Had to drill 5 1.5" holes through steel while on my back under a trailer and this really helped. Makes short work drilling through steel once it's in place. The ratcheting part is a little touchy getting the drill in place. Overall, it was definitely worth the money.-1 star for not including the case I saw in online review videos.

It works… but might not be worth it
It’s so big and bulky it adds enough difficulty to drilling a hole to counteract any added ease it gives. You can hog a 1/2 inch bit through some 3/8 mild steel with no pilot hole, but only after modding it to hold your drill well. It’s cool for about 5 holes, then you realize how bulky it is. For me it’s just an expensive paper weight now. But maybe if your always using worn bits or something or are drilling through 2 inches of steel. I bought it for 7/16 holes in quarter inch stainless…. and we passed on it lol. It’s just so big lol

Simply Addictive Tool!
The media could not be loaded. All around impressive build quality, easy to use, and I use it whenever possible! The speed with which I can drill through plate metal is impressive and unbeatable by any other means! I absolutely enjoy pulling out the Rapidrill every chance I get and cannot recommend it enough!

Works AWESOME.
The media could not be loaded. Works better than advertised. Makes drilling with a regular drill so much faster and straighter it's ridiculous. Wish I had known about this a couple of years ago...I might not have bought my mag drill.

make sure it will fit your drill.
Seems pretty well constructed but could not use it on any of my drill bodies. I have to pay to ship it back to seller. Suggest making sure it will fit your tool beforehand.

Cost effective mag drilll alternative
User friendly, small footprint for what it does, extremely well/precisely built and assembled, although I wish I would have purchased the rapidrill pro, but it is not available on amazon.
