I've been using this product of wax for now 5 years, and it's never let me down. I love the smoothness and how easy it is to use. The color is so vibrant and really true to the colors seen on the screen. I would recommend this product to anyone who love vibrant colors.

I ordered the purple wax which is definitely a richer color than the muted color pictured. I would have preferred the metallic muted purple, but the more royal purple looks very nice. The wax is more of a wax blend, it smells a lot like a hot glue gun stick and if you don't properly melt the beads before pouring you will get those classic hot glue gun strings we all know and love. The seals also are very flexible and plastic-like when finished. If you want a more traditional wax, this won't do. This is both a pro and a con depending on your preferences. Makes for a sturdier wax seal but has a slight cheap quality to it. Also, if you mess up, the seal easily melts again, which is nice.The tea lights provided work well, but if you leave it on for too long it will melt all over the place. The spoon is very sturdy and even when it gets smoking hot the handle won't burn you. And spoon pours very well.I highly recommend using ice or ice water to chill the stamp before using. (Just make sure to wipe away the water) Also, we made our seals in batches on a silpat mat which made removing the seal super easy.

So, I found this a little pricey next to some of the others I found that had more wax beads in it for a little more money, but I just couldn’t take my eyes off that beautiful metallic grayish lavender color. Then they came and they were the same purple that I could have gotten anywhere else and gotten more value for my money. I like the color, don’t get me wrong but I liked the other color better. I wanted a signature color for sealing my Etsy store packages. Probably will not purchase from this seller again as the picture does not match the product. .

I was a little hesitant about how these would work but they are fabulous!! They produced a thick puddle of wax where I could stick my brass stamp into and it looked perfect every time. I did NOT use the candle that came with it because it took a LONG time to melt the wax. I was sending out 50 invitations. Instead, I used my heat gun both on the top and on the underneath side of the spoon and it melted it in about 30 seconds. I found that after I poured the wax onto the envelope, it was much faster to immediately stick three more beads into the hot spoon while I sealed the first envelope. Once I got a system down, it worked like a charm. I used it for the card club that I have every month and the women were oooohhhing and aaahhhing. You will definitely need 3 beads if you are using a brass stamp that's the diameter of a nickel or a quarter. I mailed out 50 invitations and was surprised that I still had so many beads left over. It seems like the package doesn't contain much, but it's plenty. I will be buying these again when my other ones are gone.

I used these for my wedding invitations after trying out the “wax” sticks for my save the dates. THESE LITTLE NUGGETS WERE SO MUCH EASIER! It came with everything I needed minus the lighter, stamp, and newspaper. Super easy, didn’t smell funny, and worked like a charm. The gold color was really pretty! We sealed almost 100 invites I believe and had some wax things left over. We used 2-3 per envelope There were more than the count on the listing, but a couple were disfigured and small. The melting spoon thing was super convenient once I figured out not to let it get too hot because then the wax will bubble on the envelope and not be smooth after stamped. 10/10 would use again!

We got these to seal our wedding invitations, and it worked great! We used 2 beads per seal, which worked, but 3 makes a better seal. We just had a lot of invites to do. The wax melter works well, but I recommend getting a second if doing a lot of seals at one time. The bottom of the wax melter will get very blackened from the candle, and it's best to have scrap paper to rest it on so nothing else gets soot stains. The color of the gold wax beads is a true dark golden.

I purchased these to seal my graduation invites, and they worked extremely well! They melted easily over the tea candles provided, although the little measuring spoon could have been longer as I was feeling a bit too much heat while melting the beads. Some people who received the cards commented on how nice the seals looked and how nicely they opened! The packaging was nice and simple, and I even got a little thank you card along with my order. The only true criticism I have of this product is that you don’t get many uses out of one bag. I sealed about 12 envelopes and used almost half of the bag.All in all I thought this product was perfect for what I needed, but consider ordering multiple bags of wax if you think you’ll have a lot of things to use it on!

Excellent product that comes with everything you need to seal- except the flame of course!About 2 beads were sufficient per letter to seal and I was able to seal about ~80 letters with these and still have some beads leftover - though for a perfect-looking seal I think 3 beads would be better since they're rather small, but 2 also looks fine!If you plan on sealing lots of letters, I would buy some additional (larger) candles - or another kit, so you can have multiple people sealing at the same time! The spoon included in this kit is really integral to this due to its depth, because the wax will drop right off a normal spoon. Could definitely see this product being used for invitations to weddings and letters to friends, e.g. a stocking stuffer for an old-world enthusiast.
