OMG I'm awake!
So I got this on a whim, hoping MAYBE this would give me the energy I need without an energy drink. Yeah, this little baby packs a punch! I do 4 sprays in the morning and within in hour I feel alert and wide awake. I don't get any kind of restlessness or fast heartbeat or any other nasty effects: just good, clean energy! Definitely recommend and will continue to use!

Not helpful to me
I bought this because I thought vitamin B12 is supposed to give you energy. I couldn't tell a difference in my energy level over the time I used the entire spray bottle.
