A high quality ear wax removal tool
I looked at quite a few of these spray bottle tools before deciding on this one. There were a couple reason that influenced my decision; that includes the number of tips and the addition of the wash basin and syringe in comparison to the cost. Now that I have this ear wax remover and used it, there are a couple things I think buyers should be aware of before purchasing: Be patient, it might take a couple spray attempts before the blockage comes out.Don't force the tip if you're feeling any discomfort.Test the spray bottle out before using it first to see what the right amount of pressure you need. I made the mistake of using it right away and got a little bit of a shock at the amount of liquid that went in to my ear.Definitely Use Hydrogen Peroxide; it makes a huge difference and you only need to mix a couple tea spoons. Also, clean up is pretty easy, I like to put some soap in the bottle then spray it out through the tubes, then put water in the bottle and spay again to clean.Alright, thats everything I could think of. Good luck and I recommend this product.

Works very well, removed one star for missing tips
The product actually works very well, I was able to remove quite a bit of wax and am hearing better. The only complaint is that this was supposed to come with 20 tips in the box, but there was only one and it was already attached to the end of the hose. There was a card inside to get 20 free tips, which I filled out, but I should have also received 20 tips with my order. I used it one time and now I have no more tips to use since there was only one in the box.

Did a wonderful job!
I am so glad I was able to finally clean out my ears as opposed to going to the Doctor and having them do it. Anyway, I have been using q-tips my entire life and have only went to the doctors once to clean out my ears. I have just tried this once but already some wax came out in the bin. It felt strange using a squirt bottle to spray in my ear. It startled me at first, but once I got over that, I’m so glad I did. I was having some ear pain and so I used a couple tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide, put it in the bottle with warm water and was able to get a little wax out. A few days later and the pain is already gone. At least I was able to avoid another doctor appointment. Package arrived on time and in great condition and was never opened until I opened it. I definitely recommend using.

Missing parts?
I ordered it when it came it was missing the connection piece to attach the tip to the sprayer. I sent that one back the next one was missing the same piece. The instructions show how to install this piece so apparently you are supposed to get it in the box.

Good if You Want a Deep Cleaning Process
I should have read how much more was involved in setting up the procedure. I have very little sink space and no bathroom counter. So for me improvising was involved, not to mention some upper calistenics. It however sufficed. I gave it 3 stars for its general practicality.

Really helpful; best to read before purchasing
I've been searching around for something like this ever since I was stuck with a $140 doctors bill for a 5 minute cleaning. Definitely worth the purchase but here are a couple points to make sure you're paying attention too: Test out the unit in the sink before using! I didn't attached the tip fully and it shot out due to the pressure of the unit. Totally my mistake but I wouldn't have wanted that to happen in my ear. Yikes! Also, the tube that goes into the bottle may seem a bit long but bends perfectly into the bottle to make sure you can get to the last drop. Finally, give it some time. It took about 10 squeezes with hydrogen peroxide for my blockage to come out and that was after letting the solution sit in my ear for awhile. With that said, good luck on your purchase. I recommend this product.

Not worth the money
Good concept but you can basically do the same with a bit of peroxide and an eye dropper. Parts came in a clear plastic bag, not a box, so it looked cheap. Also, slow shipping.

Easier than it Looks!
When first looking at these products, it seemed a little scarier and more complicated than I initially wanted near something as sensitive as in my ear. Actually receiving the product, just a quick glance through the instructions and it took less than a minute to assemble the pieces together and get everything working as it should. It says to do a few squirts into the sink first, which I recommend, just so you can get a feel for what the pressure is for the mixture that comes out before using it in your ear. It isn't bothersome like I thought it might be, but knowing what your in for makes it a little easier to do.As someone with a bad habit of 'picking' or using swabs to make sure everything is completely clean (I know they say don't do that!), I'm glad that I feel like there is now a much more hygienic option to making sure my ears are clean.
