Q: I need the list of ingredients please

It's too bad they don't list ingredients for most of any kind of their products. I have used this a few times. It turns out a great cake. I don't have a box on hand so all I can tell you is that it is 100% gluten free. I can find it at the local safeway store. Here is the ingredient list for the BC yellow cake : Ingredients: Rice flour, Sugar, Potato starch, Leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), Xanthan gum, salt--plus chocolate would be a good estimate of what is in the Devil Food cake
