So these spirulina tablets are an easy way to get this green superfood/vegetable in your diet with its long list of health benefits. You take six tablets per day, which are very easy to swallow and conveniently packaged, and you get an energy/antioxidant boost. I haven't noticed any negative effects and I take it in the morning with food. I definitely recommend this if, like me, you have trouble getting enough greens in your diet!

I have been taking the full dose of 6 tablets every day for a week and have noticed an increase in energy and a general feeling a well being. While 6 tablets seems like a lot, I am able to take all of them at once with my morning shake so it's not bad.
