The product itself works very well. However, connecting it to my Amazon echo dot is nearly impossible. The app doesnt work and I've looked at the q&a to see if anyone has figured it out and it seems the seller gives the same directions to everyone , it still will not work. So all in all, as a diffuser , works well . But do not be surprised if you cannot connect to your wifi devices. This is one of the reasons I purchased it, so I am a little disappointed.

I love how it works. It turns on well. And runs when I need it. I am not pleased with the connection portion. It was connected for a week then stopped connecting. Continues does not have option to reconnect and app that is supposed to work with it doesn’t allow log in or new log in. Over all it works, but I liked being able to control from my phone/Alexa. It was set to turn on when I went to sleep.

I needed an oil diffuser for my living room. I've bought a few trying to find one I like, but they never looked right, so have gotten moved to other areas of the house. But this one fits in and looks WONDERFUL in my living room. I'm thrilled with it. It has a timer, so you can set three different times spans for it to run. It works for a long time before needing refilled, and is very easy to fill. It can be controlled with a phone app, and Alexa, but I've not set any of that up yet, so can't really comment on how well those features work. But I am impressed with the way this runs and looks for the price. Definitely a win! I may buy more for gifts.

It’s a good diffuser, though they should not market it with app capabilities. The app itself doesn’t work which nulls the whole “smart” aspect of it. I purchased because I wanted to sync it with Alexa on a schedule, but ugh I guess I’ll just get up and push buttons instead. No but seriously just buy a regular one, this one ain’t that smart

The media could not be loaded.  Have this in my bedroom and love how it looks when the lights are off or dim. My room is a good size but find I still only need 2-3 drops of oil. Instructions were pretty clear on this and it was easy to setup. When I first opened the box, it looked like everything was missing but it was packed inside the diffuser. As you can see in the video, you can easily set how long you want your diffuser to be on. What I really like about this is I don't have to keep a towel underneath as there are no leaks but the mist that comes out doesn't get everywhere.

Love this protduct. We have had other diffusers and so far this one is great due to the ability to work through an app. The color is great and fits in with my decor so it is not an eye sore. It works great and arrived sooner than I was anticipating. I would buy this product again for myself and as a gift. Now I need to get an Alexa!

OK - if I'm reviewing this diffuser based strictly on looks and how it functions as a regular diffuser, I'd probably rate it with 4 stars. Unfortunately this product is sold as a smart diffuser which is programmable thru an app, and can be voice controlled via Alexa/Google Home. That's where the problem lies. You can't even register a UN/PW with the app to even begin setting it up. It just keeps giving a network error. No idea if the app will actually control the diffuser because I can't get that far.If you look past the 5-star reviews of those who have no actual experience with the "smart" functionality - but rather just mention it because of what the box claims, you'll see that it performs very poorly as a smart appliance. Unfortunately with no response from the developers, it's impossible to get this issue resolved.

The product itself worked fine when I had it but I wouldn’t try to hook it up to Alexa. It simply just refused to be connected to Alexa. However, I went on away for a week, made sure to turn everything off, but still came back to find out that my diffuser is broken!!! I plugged it in and it just would not turn on. Really bummed that I can’t even return it on time because I was away. :(
