I bought this unit in May, two months later it failed. No reset efforts or charging would help. It had gone past the Amazon return window so I tried to contact the vendor, CFZC, never got a reply from them. The owners manual did not list any warranty in English. It said something about sending it to a registered repair center for service, but gave no address. The other languages referred to a guarantee as best I could understand, but again, no service center or manufacturer information was provided. I finally negotiated a return and 80% refund with Amazon.Don't waste your money. Besides the bad reliability - customer service experience, this unit has a "clunky" interface which was usable once you got used to it. But even while it worked I was not happy with it. I bought it to replace a more expensive Sansa Clip MP3 player. I will pay more to now buy a Sansa Clip and not consider any other similar MP3 player units such as this one for the above reasons.

Built like a dollar store Item
Very flimsily built and the interface is horrible. You can't stay constantly attached to Bluetooth and its near impossible to play music from the memory card. Also you cannot use shuffle if you have your songs stored in albums. All individual songs must be in one directory to use.

It's just alright.
It's just alright, right size I was looking for, sounds not bad at all, it came complete, with earphone, manual and USB.BUT it doesn't work in the phone for connectivity to transfer music, only you can download is in the PC. Downside, the Bluetooth is not working to connect to my phone. BUT I guess I can work all in Pc.

Omg. This is such a great mp3 player. It holds a ton of music. I have over 1200 songs and it is still under 1/2 the 16 gbs. Sound is great and the battery lasts about 8 to 10 hours. I will definitely buy this again.

won't connect with mpow headphones
won't connect with mpow headphones. does acknowledge my tv . the problem is the headphones. This little compact unitis small and seems really nice. Loaded my music easily. Unfortunately, i returned the unit before finding out that it was the headphones. Only give four stars because i was never able to test play and sound quality

I use it for audiobooks. It holds my place. I listen for about 2 hrs per day & charge it once a week.CAN'T BEAT IT FOR THE PRICE.

Did not have an opportunity to listen to this device as it would not connect with either of my wireless headphones.
