Overall, the product is as described, everything listed in the product page came in the shipment. Shipping was fine. Just a few things to mention about the product.. the unit is smaller than what i thought, which is good for me, it was lighter than i expected. The WiFi camera feels a little cheap, as if it wont last for a very long time which is about 70% of the reason i bought this item (see update at bottom). It has a built in voice that alerts you when the camera turns on , fully booted, and running WiFi. The camera is capable of connecting to a home router which i mistakenly did at first and had to reset it to get it connected to my phone directly.. there is about a 1 second delay in the video transmission when connected directly to the phone, and slightly longer when it connects to a router, so if you need to use the video in "real time", then this scope is not suggested. The infrared lamp works fine, it has 3 different modes which i did not remember seeing in the product description..it is what can run the camera (which has no battery of its own). The infrared light can be off and still run the camera, and has a low light and pulse setting. The clamp that attaches to the scope and infrared light is kinda loose so you have to play with the infrared light to get it to position correctly when viewing at night. The infrared light is pretty bright at night..the videos in the product description that show the infrared lighting at 200 yards look to be accurate. The only thing i found dissapointing about the scope is that there are no magnification settings that i can see, it seems the scope itself only zooms to one level of magnification...perhaps i did not read the description accurately or do not understand scopes like these but a zoom feature would have been good so that i can zoom in and out.. the dial on the top of the scope is for changing the clarity of the image when you look at objects at different distances. So overall, other than a few minor things, i am pretty satisfied that the product stands up to the description accurately.Update: I put the scope away, had not touched it for a few days, did not bump or drop the camera supplied.. i went to use the scope again, and the camera does not boot up completely.. i have done a reset many times and was only able to get the camera to boot up one more time..i charged the infrared light overnight thinking the battery drained, and it still did not help. The camera supplied is junk which is the whole reason i bought the scope to begin with. There are replacement cameras sold on Amazon for $50 which also have negative reviews for it. If you are getting this item for the scope, tripod and infrared light, then great, but be warned the camera probably will fail on you easily, especially after using it. I will keep trying to get the camera to connect, but i cannot spend hours trying to get a crappy camera to work.

I had zero problem connecting to the app on three iPhones. Very happy with quality of scope. I would suggest two upgrades. The place for mounting the scope to the tripod is made of plastic and I would like to remove time code from the capture. The tripod could have been more professional but I read that before buying. Overall I am very well pleased and this is no toy.

It was a gift he really didn't like but it hard to satisfy a man.lol!!!!

Nice toy. But alot to put together. Photo quality is ok. But its not really plug in play. But again. Its just a toy

1: low prices and innovative design led me to buy it. APP and WIFI trapped me, and finally found a solution in the manual, which solved all my problems.2: now all three phones can be connected and viewed at the same time. I can accept the clarity of it, but the factory needs to improve it.3: the downside is that it can record video, which is not actually designed for video recording. Although its function is not perfect, I think it suits me. For this product's innovation and low price。

I held onto this item right up until my return window was about to close. I called Amazon several times for help and no one could help me get this connected. The WiFi instructions are HORRIBLE to try and follow, the App prompts are even worse. It says it’s not connected when there was a connection to my phone and I must enable the WiFi, over and over again. So sad, this looked like it could be a lot of fun at a good price. I guess you get what you pay for.

You must really research this device it almost do not complete none of the product description...I think someone drop the ball on this one...I fought with it for 5 hours look like a good device once you clear the bug or what ever you call it.......Had to make a tuff choice to keep it and be unhappy or just start all over with a new device so I send it back.....All well not all is green on the other side of the house.....Happy holidays...And thank you....Good luck.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my teenage grandson. I believe he liked it very much but has not had much opportunity so far to do a lot with it.
