For chopping up peaches
When I was younger, my mother used one of these to chopped up her peaches, and put them in the freezer. I used mines for the same purpose. Must be very careful for they’re very sharp.

Mystery Solved!
I was so excited to find these! My mom had 2 when I was a kid & passed one down to me when I got married. A few years after that, her old one broke & she was so sad to not be able to find them at any stores. We didn't even know what brand it was, what the name of it was or which company made these things. It was a mystery, until one day when the light hit the handle of mine just right & I saw the name of it on top of the handle. It was "Kwik Kut" engraved, but extremely faint now because it's so old. So, I searched here on Amazon and, lo and behold, here they are! I am so excited to give this to my mom for Christmas! We use them for all kinds of chopping. As a side note, I was a little worried for a bit because I wanted both to be tooth edged. The box has a picture of one plain edge and one tooth edge chopper, but inside it does have two tooth edged choppers. Phew!

Smaller and cheaper quality
I got 3 new ones to replace our lost K WIK-cutters. The new ones are smaller and cheaper made than the original one we lost.. The blade part is narrower and not as strong. Handle is not as big as our original K WIK cutter. The cutter pictured on the left is one of the new ones. Noticeable difference!

Great for making slaw
Great for cutting cabbage for slaw. Mom had one - I remember using it as a kid and still have the one I used 50 years ago. Bought these to give to friends. Still the same quality as in earlier years.

Weak
These are so flimsy that you can not chop anything with them. I have one made by the same company that is 20 years old. The handle is small and round and strong. It still chopped great. I was only replacing it because it had some rust on it. I will just keep using it.
