Good luck trying to get this machine serviced!!!!
I bought this 2 years ago and now it needs service. the touch pad is not working. i have contacted a number of fitness equipment stores and technicians to replace the pad but the manufacturer does not return their phone calls or e-mails. I tried to contact the manurfacturer directly and they will not respond. I have spent hours trying to resolve this problem. so I have a $5,000 machine that I can't use because I can't get the part replaced. Good luck if you need service!!!!
