Longterm review - 2009 purchase
This is a long term review of the InterDesign white shower curtain that I purchased back in 2009. I recently purchased a replacement one, but I wanted to write this review to say that for the price and ability to wash the shower curtain, I think the quality surpassed my expectations. The curtain is made from polyester and it's strong enough to be placed in a clothes washer which I did every 3 months. This curtain was used in my master bathroom and is in contact with water at least 4 times daily. Yes, the curtain does begin to show mildew and water stains do appear, especially at the bottom. Constant washing does remove the mildew but the soap stains began to appear and remain even after bleaching after year 4-5. Picture shows the state of the curtain after 7 years of washing and use. Please note, do not place the curtain in the dryer. Hang dry or better yet, after washing, reinstall on rod to air dry. Use of dryer will destroy the curtain. For the price and useful life of the curtain, this is a quality buy for me. Plastic curtains just don't last as long and we just fill our landfills with more waste. Do yourself a favor and purchase a polyester shower curtain and wash them to extend their life.

Not mildew free
Definitely not mildew free. I have had this for a year now and I have washed it in the washing machine like 4 times. Look at the mildew on them.

Looks and feels like a plastic shower curtain
I got this to replace my full fabric window curtains that I had on the bath because they wouldnโt be very practical now that my son has starting showering instead of taking baths. I wanted the same clean white fabric but wanted it to be waterproof. Found these and thought they would be perfect. They arenโt. They look and feel like plastic (like a regular shower curtain liner), theyโre not weighted whatsoever, and because of its material and the lack of weights, it floats around in the air when the shower is on.

Best Shower Curtain Liner Available!
I do not write reviews but this is the best shower liner I have ever owned. This is my second one - exact same model/style. Does not leak water, stays in shower. Never a bit of soap scum build up. Stays looking perfect and can be used without shower curtain - not see thru at all. Yes, the edge at the hem does turn pink/mold a bit - but it took over a year and a half to really be noticeable and in need of replacement. I never washed it, which you can do, but it never needed it. For the price, it cannot be beat! Highly recommend.

Does not feel like fabric to me
Description says fabric shower curtain liner, I was very disappointed when it arrived and it was as heavy and thick and more like plastic than anything. I have had a fabric shower curtain liner for the last 15 years only replacing it once. I decided to buy a new one and thought I would try this one as I was ordering stuff anyways. This definitely feels like it is going to cling to you like a plastic shower curtain liner. There is no part of this which feels like fabric nor can I imagine this is going to wash well in the washing machine. I would be returning it but it's not worth the money to ship it back. I we'll go back to Kohls and spend 12 99 for a real fabric shower curtain liner

Great purchase! I love it even after 3 years.
I've had this for three years. I love it! It keeps the water in the shower and is super easy to clean. I throw it in the washing machine and it comes out as clean as the day I installed it. If there are any stubborn marks or residue I've often washed it in the machine, and then let it sit in a bucket of water with some bleach. After wringing it out I hang it up and it's dry in a short time. I have never put it in the dryer.

No metal grommets
2 big disappointments for me:1). No metal grommets for the holes. Wish I had noticed when buying as I would have known looking.2). Not really fabrics you feeling. I was looking for one that felt less plastic-like since my cats like to chew on those . This one isn't it.It'll work for now but I'll have to replace it. Oh well.

the worst decision I've made in a long
Just opened the two shower liner/curtains I purchased in April. This is, without doubt, the worst decision I've made in a long, long time. These liner/curtains are NOT fabric--at least they are not like any fabric I've ever used and I'm 71 yrs. old. They are supposed to be polyester but they feel like plastic (cheap plastic.) I would've been ahead if I had bought a couple of flat sheets and made my curtains. Buyer beware. I haven't "washed" them yet, but will and hopefully they will calm down. They cling to each other and when you get near the shower they cling to your clothes! It's uncanny. Just another cheap "made in China" product that American seems to be hooked on! BIG mistake.
