Pork Spareribs, 2 lb

The first batch of these that I ordered were great. Second batch came from a different company, smelled bad, and had sternums attached, which made them very difficult to cut.I’d give the first order 5 stars and the second order 1 star.

I just opened the bag and the meat is rancid. The smell is awful!

The ribs tasted rotten and immediately gave me a stomach ache. We thought the bad reviews were just unlucky but this is consistent and terrible. DO NOT BUY THESE OR ANY MEAT FROM AMAZON FRESH. We had a similar experience with chicken thighs where they smelled a little off.

Although on the pricey end of things I found it to be a good cut of pork, had great flavor and meaty. I found it worth it as a shut-in.
