Hartleys Jelly Lime 135g - Pack of 6

The lemon,lime and blackcurrant flavours are delicious .Lemon trifle with pineapple pieces in the jelly is so refreshing in the hot weather .Also lime ones .They are not available in many shops .

We've been struggling to find lime jelly in our local supermarket, so eventually decided to look online. You can only buy a minimum of two boxes of 6 packets in each, so a definite investment was being made into lime jelly.Hartley's jelly is always going to be the best to go for. It's full of flavour and comes out nice and thick. It's also yummy eaten 'raw' from the pack in cubes, but I don't think that's the intended use!Make sure you follow the instructions. Half a pint of boiling water to dissolve the cubes - give it time to completely dissolve, stirring slowly to spread it around. Another half a pint of cold water will thin it out correctly and cool it down. You could put more boiling and less cold, but that would just slow down the setting time. If you want a weaker jelly you can put more water in. I like it thick, but I follow the instructions exactly and it's perfect.I much prefer strawberry jelly myself, but my better half likes lime, so that's what we get! But still, it is lovely straight from the fridge. Enjoy!!

I could not find lime jelly anywhere, we like a desert made with green jelly ( in sundae or wine glasses) first then chocolate angel delight and a flake put in the top. Yummy the family love it !

Lovely lime flavour, just right without being 'too much'.Made a lovely jelly although it took nearly 12 hours to set (not sure why).I'm so thankful that I can still buy jelly without added nasty artificial sweeteners.

This is the only jelly my son wants and it seems to have disappeared from the normal shops. As it is a rarity, the price is quite high here but at least it is obtainable!

If you add pink grapefruit flesh to the wet jelly, when it sets, it tastes a lot more limey.👍
