Hammock Chair Ultimate Hanging Kit - Stainless Steel 500 LB Capacity Hammock Spring, Swivel Hook, and Ceiling Hammock Mount (with 4 Stainless mounting Screws)

When we had a pergola built in our backyard, I bought this to hang my hammock chair. Then we picked up some similar hardware at a big box store to hang some more chairs. While the others already look weathered, this one still looks new. It's also nice that everything you need (except screws) is in one package. I had to mix and match and figure it out at the hardware store.

After ordering a hammock chair I realized I din't have any mounting hardware. I was initially going to use a single fish eye hook, but this kit made life much simpler. I could only hit wood on the two center line screws, but the hammock is meant for my daughter, so this is fine. Having the spring provides additional flex along with the hammock itself. I did have to hit Home Depot to buy some additional chain link (about 18") and an extra caribeener to clamp it all together. This kit could be even better if it included 24" of chain to allow for varying heights, but I understand it might price the parts too high to be competitive. All the parts are very sturdy and provide sufficient confidence that the hammock chair will have a great life in my daughter's bedroom.

I have bought three sets of these, two for a porch swing and one for a seat swing. The set is very well made, I would definitely purchase again. I am glad I did not try to install either of the swings without them, they definitely make the installation very secure. Well designed, well packaged. All around excellent product.

Really heavy duty. I used it to hang a chair from an existing ceiling hook. I mainly got it for the swivel hook and I needed it to support more than the 200lb average that other kits support (since for a hammock you'd normally use 2 connection points). The spring doesn't give a whole lot when I sit in the chair but I attached it anyway since I figure that will provide a little cushion for the ceiling hook. The hook and spring were thick enough that I was a little concerned that it wouldn't fit though the existing chain but it was fine.

I love the way the hook spins on itself which allows the hammock not to get tangled!It was very easy to mount and put together. The only issue is that the metal of the crews might have been not of the best quality because, after some screwing, it wore out, this means that I won't be able to unscrew the kit in the future.Sorry English is not my first language so it's hard to explain :)

Quality appears to be great. Price was great. Kiddo is at a church event so I’ll have her try it out when she gets home.Hefty weight to the items.I didn’t need the wall bracket as it’s for a hammock chair and an indoor stand. Needed the hook and spring so the chair could swivel.

Pros - Easy set up, really like that the hook swivels to allow the chair to turn 360 degrees.Cons - Not necessarily the Hanging Kits fault that's why I gave it 5 stars still, but my swivel hook was not large enough to hold the caribbean hammock chairs holding ring so I had to buy a separate carabiner.Things to remember - installing ceiling mount, spring and hook add additional length so make sure you have enough height to hold your chair (if that's what you are installing)

works great it was easy to install. My husband did reinforce the beam just to make sure as we would be swinging with our grandchildren. So far everything is working great. Only time will tell how sturdy the hardware is but so far it looks and feels secure. the swivel feature is great for if we want to open the doors and watch the grandkids play outside.

Gli utlizzi di questo gancio sono veramente tanti! Ovviamente non pensate assolutamente di utilizzarli per lo sport, non sono assolutamente adatti anche se sono molto, molto forti!Questi ganci sono molto utili per le amache o per le sedie sospese, terranno perfettamente il peso della persona e non cederanno in nessun modo. Anzi, è molto più probabile che sia l'intera struttura a cedere piuttosto che questo gancio!Ha una fattura eccellente, è molto, molto forte e resistente e riesce a tenere pesi fino a 300Kg!Nel kit sono compresi:- una molla in acciaio inossidabile (ottima per amaca o sedia sospesa)- un gancio girevole (più indicato per sedia a dondolo o sedia sospesa (ma non per l'amaca, ovviamente)- un punto di fissaggio + 4 vitiPunto a sfavore: mancano i tasselli! Dovrete procurarveli da soli. Posso dire la mia riguardo questa cosa? MEGLIO! Ultimamente ho visto l'ORRORE formato tasselli sui prodotti acquistati online! Capita spesso che compro oggetti per il fai da te e, ovviamente, i tasselli sono quasi all'ordine del giorno ma vi giuro che alcuni vorrei veramente rimandarglieli indietro e chiedere "ma siete seri?"! Non reggerebbero nemmeno il peso di una mosca! Quindi da una parte preferisco così perché, almeno, vi farete consigliare da qualcuno di fiducia (o se sapete quali usare ben venga per voi!) soprattutto visto che su questi ganci verranno applicati pesi (spesso persone) che possono pesare dai 30 (bambini/ragazzini) ad anche 100kg se non oltre! Meglio comprare qualcosa di sicuro, di fidato perché cadere rovinosamente a causa di un tassello da quattro soldi non è il massimo!Detto questo, il gancio lo reputo veramente ottimo, ben fatto, molto solido e pesante. Si vede lontano un miglio l'ottima fattura e l'ottima resistenza! Non vedo assolutamente perché non dare cinque stelle per il prodotto. E' vero costa un po' caro ma stiamo parlando di un gancio fatto molto, molto bene e che una volta messo in funzione non si romperà nemmeno con le cannonate!Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio.

Very well made and strong item. Comes with screws also but I believe it would be great/perfect if it would come with wallplugs/ screw plugs as this way you will have all you need to install.Overall it is a great item made at the highest quality and love that you can use it for multiple things.

Falls ihr mal etwas schwereres an die Decke hängen wollt, seid ihr mit solch einer Halterung gut bedient. Ok, ich würde jetzt kein Hängestuhl damit an der Decke befestigen, aber bei einem Boxsack oder vielleicht einer Hängematte (bei Verwendung von zwei dieser Haken) sehe ich hier kein Problem. Natürlich kann man auch leichtere Dinge damit an die Decke hängen - vielleicht eine "groß" Blumenampel. Alle Teile hier im Lieferumfang (qualitativ kann ich hier nicht bemängeln), Befestigungsöse, kurze Feder, Karabiner (drehbar) und die vier Holzschrauben, bestehen hier aus Edelstahl und sollten damit auch jedem Wind und Wetter trotzen. Im ganzen macht das Set ein guten Eindruck und wartet jetzt nur noch auf /m(einen Boxsack.
