Perfect coaching tool for boxing, kick boxing, Muy Thai, etc.
Infinitely better than conventional punch mitts for training/coaching boxers, kick boxers, and Muy Thai. The boxing punch mitts have enough padding to take solid blows and, since the surface are is longer than that of conventional punch mitts, the shock to the shoulders is reduced. And, what is best, the trainer can 'chastise' the sloppy or lazy trainee by making contact. Finally, they can be used for light sparring.

No good
The colors start bleeding on to the white with use and sweat and they begin to smell really bad. The padding is also minimal and will collapse if used daily. Used for about 2 weeks before disposing of them

A must for all coaches
These coach spar mitts are a great tool to work with your boxers. Get rid of the boring punch mitts and add these to your workouts. The padding in these gloves is just as nice as the IMF Tech gloves and allows the coach to tap back at the boxer who becomes lazy on defense. Cool new updated look. Nice way to mix up the pad work. These are really a must if you are a serious coach.

Pads around wrist ripped open
Great gloves, but after maybe two months of daily use, the pads around the wrist ripped open. That kind defeats the purpose now of return mitts
