This booster was installed at my office. My office in basement and no one signal get inside the office. Sometimes you could get a text through, but many times the cell phone wouldn't even ring, it would just go straight through to voicemail. We installed the patch panel antenna on the roof line outside and ran the cable inside to the base unit centrally located in my office. Now everyone in my office has increased signal strength on my phones and we can even make and receive calls in my office now without having to go outside. It really does what is says. I bragged on it to my frient, who is the manager of a company branch and they also could not get signal inside their building. They ordered this and installed it, and they also instantly now have full use of their phones inside the building. The directions say that it will not work if you do not have signal outside of your building, and in both cases we did have signal outside. Just not inside the building. It has made a huge difference in both of our work places. I would definitely recommend this network solution device to anyone who needs more signal inside their office, shop, hotel or house.
