This machine worked well for a week's time. Now, Infrared Not working. Only massaging done .. without Infra red

Dont buy.... I was not at my home as my mom received it ...today when i come back home and open it and connect it to my power source a shoking loud sound surrounded my room then i saw they sent me broken locking part now i cant return this item ...after delivery done i m seeing that ..this product is not returnable...as per my searching i have been seen that this ir replaceable or returnable2nd review._28 jul 2020... After 4 days later for my first review first paragraph now The plastic body broking automatically while i am not using it very funny ..product..today i open this to solve previous issue with fevi quick and i got that 2nd issu ..that product cost about 350 for some brand i think ozomax taking local made product and re branding and reselling with higer cost ....my 600 is wasted.. dont buy ...²nd photo is given3rd review...31jull 2020...now yar all 5 mood combined to one mood...now i cant off i cant switch mood....all in one mood ...why yar why this type low brand.... guys this type device available at rs 300 go for it ...i thought that expensive device give good material but 300 rs device give u good quality4th review 2aug 2020...as per 3rd review problem the handle bar heating up as a result i hav seen in the morning again plastic 😠 broken at a new place (3rd picture) and side of place which i hav shown in the 2nd reviet...Amazone is going to sell fake product day by day..i dont know why they haven't take any action with susch brand with such product ....i will shift to flipkart they measure they test customer they support customers...there is little use of this product and its now unuseable...still it have warrenty i dont know what to do..dont by anything from amazone there is huse amount of fake product

As I am not at home out of city so my mother receive the product when I came back and have the product in my hand it was in a good condition good packaging working so well no breakage am so satisfied with the product

Build quality and finishes are good.Faint vibration.Using infrared for more than than minutes will produce a strong burning-plastic smell.product stopped working after 5 months

The media could not be loaded.  Totally best product so don't purchase and money best
