House Of Disaster Moomin Flower Thermal Flask

I got this flask to take out and about for heating my babys bottles. Absolutely love the design. Looking great. Slightly disappointed because it seems to have dented very easily and doesn't seem to be keeping the heat.

Despite the lovely design and being an avid fan of Moomins, I cannot rate this flask too highly - after two or three uses the button for the inner-lid malfunctioned when pouring and my hand was scalded, the button system would not appear to be particularly reliable. Although I still use this flask, the button function is essentially redundant, and I will remove the inner lid entirely in order to pour directly from the flask; this means that it isn't necessarily as efficient at retaining heat if used repeatedly, and also that one must be extra careful when pouring hot liquids from the wide-mouthed opening.
