My doctor suggested trying it to see if it helped the neuropathy in my feet. I was actually quite surprised at its effects. While it didn't eliminate my neuropathy, it does seem to help reduce the sharp pains, especially at night. As anyone who takes ALA knows, there is such a wide variety of brands, prices and strengths available. I was excited when I saw this brand and the value it offered. 600 mgs per capsule is really good. Many brands are just 300 per. I find that on an average day, a 600 mg dose is just fine, which is just 1 capsule. If I know I am going to have a more than normal amount of activity in a day, I take 2. I like that these also contain Vitamins B12, B6 & B1, Magnesium. Really just an added bonus to take with my daily ALA. These are effective (for me), easy to swallow capsules, at a great value. I would 100% buy this again and recommend them to anyone that uses ALA.

I think I am pleased with the synergistic compounds in this mix. First, it is made in the USA which means there are some manufacturing requirements. Next, it is a powerful supplement percentage of ALA, a known supplement beneficial for a variety of health improvements. Additionally, the addition of turmeric and ginger add some gut calming benefits that add to the easy ability to swallow. There has not been any backup or reflux, there does not seem to be any lingering odor or bad taste. Although I was hoping for an instant influx of support, it has come on consistently and does seem to keep me moving forward each day without crashing. I feel somewhat less stressed but that could also depend on external factors as well. The clean packaging is appreciated but I would like more quantity in the bottle to decrease my reorder needs. I am no medical practitioner, please check with your health care team but consider this option.

Honestly speaking I had doubts that this supplement would help with my diabetic neuropathy. I started taking it and found that it did indeed help to a small extent. Not saying it was a miracle pill but yes it did help. I think its because of the amount of ALA in it. I will continue using this for the foreseeable future.

I got this to help me with weight loss as well as the other health benefits ALA offers. After taking this for a while, I have found that this did me to lose some weight and help me feel better as well. The capsules are easy to take and like the others I am happy that it's produced in the USA. All in all it's a great supplement and I will be purchasing it again after I run out of what I have now.

Not really sure about this one. I have neuropathy which if you have it you know it can be a pain in more ways than one. At one point I was taking all of the same supplements just as separate pills so 6 to 8 pills; so one great thing about this is it looks like I am take the same stuff just in 2 pills. Now, I have no idea if they send out all their packages like this this one but the care and quality taken shows they really care. So far is seems everything is working out good, been taking them for about a week now.

I’ve just started taking this nerve supplement and so far so good. I like that it’s doctor formulated and made in the USA. The blend of B vitamins, ALA, and magnesium is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to take and no bad aftertaste! Will update if I notice any major changes.

This brand is so great! I have ordered this product multiple times now to help with circulation issues and it works fantastically,! It's made in the USA, which is a huge bonus for me, and the capsules are very easy to swallow with no side effects. I highly recommend this product!

Due to having multiple nerve complications and neuropathies that are uncomfortable and painful, especially this time of year with the colder, wetter, winter weather, barometric changes, and seasonal change, and being unfamiliar with ALAs, this supplement caught my attention and piqued my interest after reading about it in the listing. I have taken this product to the bottle's end, and I will be continuing its use. A lot number and expiration date are clearly printed on the bottom of the bottle which is a must for me for any supplement. I would have benefitted from learning about ALAs a long time ago, but I am really glad to have got introduced to them through this product--I really recommend it.
