We have 2 cats that like to close the bedroom doors for attention lol. It’s cute until you’ve gotten up for the 5th time in 10 minutes to stop them from meowing once they realize they’re now stuck in the room.Our cats get “put to bed” in our guest bedroom every night and freed first thing every morning. This little thing has been used daily to keep the door to their bedroom open during the day for the past 2 years. Every night, we simply flip it up when we need to shut the door for the night. It glides smoothly and functions perfectly. Now when the cats try to shut the door, it’ll just rebound slightly and keep an opening of about 4 inches so that they can still get out. Love that these stick on so I don’t have to worry about keeping them somewhere when they’re not in use.Note: adhesion has been great; we’ve never had any issues with it falling or slipping. We did clean the door frame with an all purpose cleaner prior to installing though!10/10 would purchase again!

Perfect doorstop for toddlers! I put these up on my toddlers 2 bedroom doors to keep them from slamming them or closing themselves in their bedrooms and it works perfect. They can't reach the stop to move it out of the way and it's so convenient for naptime/bedtime to rotate it for them to sleep with the door closed. Very functional.

It seems like a clever design, but they really skimped on the most important part, which is securely attaching it to a door. The adhesive strip is very weak. As soon as my self closing door closed against the door stop, the stop fell right off. I'm going to try modifying it with some heavy duty double-sided tape to see if that helps. Otherwise it's going in the trash.

I've loved these for years, they work great as long as they're adhered to a flat surface. We tried attaching it to the door sill on the inside of the room with no luck, so we attached it to outside of the door on the door itself to keep it secure on a flat surface. Works great with a heavy door.

I've had a few types of these things. I have special needs children that LOVE slamming doors. Gosh, the sanity that this little guy provides is simply a beautiful thing. If you are a parent of a door slammer, the satisfaction of hearing a 'boing!!" instead of a slam is something I wish I could bottle up for hard days. In fact, with these devices, hard days are less hard.This particular one has the durability that I need with a 68 lb 7 yr old profoundly autistic son and his 4 yr old side kick who loves to copy.Thank you, thank you, thank you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these door stoppers. I was on the hunt to find something that was easy to use, that we wouldn't "forget" to take on and off during playtime, bedtime, and nap time routines. This is so simple and i LOVE it. Our nanny loves it too, says how smart it is compared to the other brands of Styrofoam that disintegrates over time. Plus no need to place it somewhere secure and in hopes the toddler doesn't find it and hide it somewhere. Just simply place the adhesive on the door and switch it back and forth during the day. 5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND.

I actually bought these to keep my impatient cat from opening and closing the kitchen cabinets where I keep her food. She has a habit of opening and closing the cabinets very loudly...in the middle of the night...early in the morning...even setting off my burglar alarm's glass break detector once. Now, when she messes with the cabinets, it's barely audible. They were easy to install and have been on for several months now with no issues with the adhesive wearing off. It is also easy to move them into a position so they can be hidden inside the cabinet if desired.
