Missing Vital Piece; Now What?
Edit:Joyisi customer service has been very prompt and responsive; and though getting a replacement key is not an easy thing, customer service has been very thorough trying to solve the issue. Changed to 4 stars to reflect the high quality of customer service from Joyisi. Will buy from them again to see if the shipping hiccup is a one-time thing.Original:Did not come with keys to unlock battery from mount. Tiny mistake in shipping makes this a very heavy worthless box. Arrived late, and missing crucial part.

Great battery
This battery is easy to install and powers an electric motor on a tricycle. It holds its charge well and has plenty of power to get me where I need to go. The USB port is great as well.

Replaced parts that I lost
Joyisi quickly replaced the rubber gasket parts that I misplaced. Very happy with the quality of the battery as well.You will need to attach wire connectors yourself via crimping or however u prefer to connect to ur e-bike setup. Or you can stop by a mechanic shop and pay someone to do it.
