You must read this review! First of all, the product itself is perfect - level of detail, colors, easy to read chart & instructions - is spot on. The customer service that went along with it is out of this world outstanding. I bought this in May of 2019. My 13 year old son loves cats, we have 3. I fell in love with this diamond painting and bought it for him (I diamond paint too, this was a way for us to relax and bond). My son worked on this in between other projects. One day recently while I was at work, our cats knocked over the whole tray of all his diamonds (that tray didn't have a locking lid) and we lost them all, right in the middle of his project. The whole kit is sold out everywhere, so I emailed NuWave, explained the silly situation, and asked to purchase a replacement set of diamonds. They sent me an entire replacement set at no cost - not even shipping! Totally unnecessary, but completely awesome. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my purchase to begin with, but the follow up care nearly a year later for something that was not their issue at all, is truly over the top. Cat Selfie diamond painting. It’s full drill. Square drills. It arrived quickly. Boxed to prevent wrinkles, on a well printed canvas. Included more than enough diamonds to complete the project. The diamond drills were already sorted into very sturdy zip top bags. It came with a pen and a pen grip! An extra interchangeable multi-drill head, (I’m pretty sure it had tweezers). And a small ‘pot’ of pink wax. I found I really like the pot of wax, it seems a bit firmer than the usual square of wax. But the most impressive thing is the perfect little square drills. Each one a beautiful precise square. No bunching, binding, or popping up due to mis-sized drills or excess plastic hangover. Each drill sat contentedly, non-crowdingly next to its neighbor. I was really, really pleased with the quality of the drills. The quality drills make for a nice mosaic effect of straight lines on the completed project. I can absolutely recommend this diamond painting.

I have done many of these diamond paintings. At least 12 or more. But I have NEVER seen better packaging, organized, and symbol sheet for you to work from! Most have the small grid on the side of the painting, which is hard to see. This does too, but also comes with a big sheet that is so easy to see, that is makes it even more enjoyable! And very easy symbols!! Not like the ones with the left, right, up, down, upper corner, lower corner, arrows, etc with other symbols you are trying to figure out what they are. Other painting symbols are so messed up that when you are done, it takes another hour to take out the wrong colors and add the right ones because symbols are wrong! With this painting, you can tell your diamond will be correct due to the printing of the painting. Will insert picture when finished. Will buy from thus company any day of the week!! This was the second diamond painting I've ever done and my first time using square diamonds and I have to say, square ones are the way to go! This one was SO much fun! You get a lot more detail with square diamonds. Everything fit in fine. Every piece stuck on the adhesive was great! I can't wait to get a frame on this and hang it on my wall. The only downside, although I was not affected by it was some of the squares had tags on them, some squares were smaller than other squares but as you see in my second picture I had WAY more than enough extra to complete this picture. Very happy with the end result!

I love this fun diamond painting. I am making it as a Christmas present for a family member. It nice and big, for great detail. It comes with a sheet with them DMC codes for gems. For the quality and size, this is a great price. I haven't had any problems with it and customer service has reached out to me several times, just to check to make sure everything is good with their product, which is awesome for a company to do. I will definitely be ordering more from this company in the future. I'll post pictures when it's done.

I finished this in three weeks. I had enough of the beads, my only complaint was that not all of the colors were the same as the picture some cats had green eyes instead of blue. I thought the cats looked better with blue eyes and some of the colors used for shading were too dark but other than that it turned out great. I would purchase another one maybe not the exact same one but one of the same size from the same company.

I am so happy that each color has a bag it makes it a lot easier to store them. A piece of paper is on top of the canvas and after a while it sticks to the canvas and I had a hard time getting it off, recommend getting a piece of plastic to cover it. It's very fun to do these things, it's very relaxing.

This being my wife's first diamond painting, I waited to finish before posting a review because she had nothing to compare it to. It was a joy. There were more than enough dots to finish, the grid was easy to see, and was so nice to have a enclosure with the picture and the key instead of just on the side of grid. It was plenty sticky enough as I stuck my sleeve to it once. I would not hesitate to buy from Craftymint again

Found the square shape of the diamonds not lining up as well when I first started the project then it was easier as time went on. Also liked the packaging of the diamonds and the numbering as I did not have to transfer the beads to small zip bags from cellophane bags. Also found with the legend on a separate piece of paper it was easier to read rather than only having it on the edge of the project. All and all it was planned out very well.

I didn't know it was square diamonds...getting use to it...really like the picure...the shipping was good and well protected...

Having made many of these pictures now I can honestly say this is proving to be the best to date! The picture is coming out even better than the image on the page, as the colours are slightly different and the cats have really life like features. Will buy again from this company without any qualms.
