I love this mat. I have a convertible sitting/standing desk and this mat fits perfectly under my desk when it's not in use and doesn't interfere with my chair at all. It's easy to pull it out with my toes and into position so I can stand on it while I work. It's very comfortable, so much so that I tend to take my shoes off to stand on it because it feels good directly on my feet.The worst part is that I had to get a black one, so it shows dirt very easily, but it makes me sweep up around my desk more often.

Amazing quality. I stand for a living and this saved my feat and knees. Extremely comfortable. I use it for travel as my personal mat. The handle is convenient and it’s not heavy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a discreet mat to stand on. It’s good for kneeling too. Very comfortable. Other brands just don’t come close.

It's small and easy to tuck away when I'm not using it. I've only used it a few weeks, but so far the edges have not curled and it has not broken.

This is mat is comfortable, and I'd buy it again. However, it didn't make as dramatic a difference as I expected. I probably need to get in better shape. I use it for my standing desk at work and the size is right. The handle is convenient for when I switch back and forth from standing to sitting.

I purchased this mat for kitchen use and I'm about to purchase a second one.THE HANDLE:I almost didn't buy this one due to the handle on it. I can't see myself picking this mat up and moving it every time I move to a different part of the kitchen. I bought it anyway because it was just the right size. In the end, I love the mat and it suits my needs perfectly. My cabinets have a bit of an overhang (most do) and when the handle is turned toward the cabinet, you can't tell it's there because it is hidden under the overhanging cabinet.THE FEEL:I've had several Wellness Mats of different sizes. The 6'x3', the 3'x2', and this one which is 18"x22". All of them are different in the following ways:- 18"x22" (this one) is thinner than the others but just enough to relieve almost all discomfort while standing for up to five hours at the counter cooking.- 3'x2' is a bit thicker than the one above but, more importantly, feels a bit harder. The result is the same and both the 18"x22" and the 3'x2' are very comfortable.- 6'x2' is the same thickness as the 3'x2' but is definitely softer than both of the ones above. The feeling of standing on it was more like gel than hard foam. Hard to describe. I returned the 6'x2' one.THE OFFGASSING / SMELL:I left the mat outside for three days and the smell went away. I'm very fearful of off-gassing effects and was pleasantly surprised that the odors went away very quickly.UNBOXING:The mat came rolled and wrapped in plastic wrap. All of the Wellness Mats I purchased unrolled and immediately lay absolutely flat. No curling, no warping.

I tried another brand that was less expensive (NewLife by GelPro Professional Grade) to use at work because I have a standing desk and concrete floors. We have a 2' x 3' WellnessMat at home and have loved it. I wanted to save some $ for my office pad and that's why I tried the NewLife, but ended up returning it and getting this. I'm so glad I did! It is so much softer and really eases stress on feet and back. One thing - be sure you understand the size of this mat. It is fairly small so it doesn't allow a lot of moving around while you work.

Perfect size for Demo use - has saved my feet and back allowing me to do more Demos! Light weight and the handle is perfect. Love it.

this is just like full sized mats but moves very easily around my kitchen. super handy since i have three main places i stand for extended times.
