Excellent product and even better Customer Service!
If you are having issues with water backing up in your basement from the sewer, this product is what really worked for us and was recommended and used by the drainage company that came out. We live in a city where a tree root is growing into the pipe, but it will take a year to get the city to remove the tree. We use this every 3 months and no back-ups have happened since.Besides the product being great, I had major problems with our local post office for delivery and Rachel not only responded quickly to my emails, but she also went out of her way to call my local post office several times and make sure the product arrived at my door. It is rare to get this type of help from an online purchase. I will always buy from this vendor. Thanks Rachel!

Cheaper than the rooter guy. Cheaper than Root-X and easier to use
This was easier to apply than Root-X, because it is mixed in a bucket and poured in. Root-X is a powder. I would pour it in a cleanout and follow it with water and it would clog up long enough to foam backwards all over the room. No problems with Oblitiroot. It was created by the same guy and is a bit less expensive. I can't speak to its effectiveness because I've just used it once, but I expect it to be the same. It is definitely cheaper than calling the rooter guy who will then want to dig up your front yard and replace the whole pipe. This is going into a 1958 house, and keeping the rooter man and his backhoe away.

For 7 years we had a yearly visit from Roto Rooter to clear our line. It was a couple hundred dollars each visit but it did the trick and kept us from having to spend thousands on replacing the line. It would keep the line open for a year and we'd repeat the process. Eventually the time between visits began dropping, to the point where the last time we used the service was only 6 months after the previous. Last summer after researching some other less costly options I ordered Oblitiroot. We used it near the end of July and we have not had problems since. The drain did run slowly for a few weeks after we used the product but eventually the problem went away. We are ordering some more and will do another treatment here shortly to stay ahead of the roots. It is well worth the price and even if we had to use it every 6 months it would be less than 1/3 of the cost of what we were paying.

Easy to apply, difficult to determine how effective it is
It's hard to say if this stuff really works. I've used RootX and a Roebic product, but this one with wet ingredients does seems a bit easier to apply. I followed the instructions exactly and let it sit for eight hours. I did have a backup about a week after. But without being able to see in the pipe, it is hard to know if there was actually an improvement or not. I plan to continue using as a preventative measure.

So far, no need to dig up the front yard
Required plumber to clear blockage 3 times in two weeks, and each time more tree roots were evident. I was told to start saving for a big bill, call before the next emergency to work out a payment plan, and I was contemplating the severe slope of my front yard with trepidation. If equipment can't be used, manual labor costs even more. I decided to try Oblitiroot, and one month later, the line is still clear with not even hint of a problem. Crossing fingers....I'll try to remember to update 6 months from now. Application couldn't have been easier and instructions were quite clear.

tbis stuff really works. before using this i had to snake out my main every 2 years. after using this product for 4 years straight i decided to snake out my main to see what it would pull out and there was barely anything in the main sewer line. im going to continue to use this once a year and avoid having to pay to dig out and replace the main in the long run.

Hoping it works!
I don't actually know how well this is working because we haven't dug up our tank lately..... We had our tank pumped this Fall and the guy recommended this product because the roots were TERRIBLE. (He also charged us $75 for it and said he was the only one around "authorized" to sell it...) We bought another one to do a month later because yes, the roots were that bad. So, hopefully this stuff is working!

Does the job - @ least so far. After paying a roto-rooter/plumber to clean our line every 6 months about 10 years ago, we changed to this type of product every spring and fall, and it's worked well ever since. No more roto-rooters needed.
