It flashes green and then at the end it flashes 2-3 times quicker to shows it’s nearly done.We’ve just had a 5 year old in floods of tears because she couldn’t keep up with the green light when brushing her teeth...So... take my advice, do a practice run with your children first!

Looked long and hard for something that would allow my boys to clean their teeth without the need to constantly shout ‘is that enough time Daddy!’ And to not simply break like the sand timers do.This is great - press the button and away they go for both teeth and hands. I never really thought about a timer for hands but the boys like them and race to get done properly.They look nice, are quite small and take 3 x AAA batteries. Only small gripe - the suckers on one of them won’t work but as there are two on each unit, it seems to hold it. Would ideally like a new sucker if possible please?One other thing - there are two of these units so that makes it a bit better value cost wise - means my kids can use a unit each to clean their teeth. Nice and nifty - thank you :)

My little one loves it so much. Every time he brushes his teeth or washes his hands, he would switch the light on. This motivates him to speed up. He enjoys watching the changing colour of the light.

One unit doesn’t work and the suction cups do not work on tiles or the mirror. Brand new bathroom so I don’t want to drill or use the sticky pads. Very disappointing for the price!
