What to do if the filter suddenly stops working

Check if the motor is running. If yes, first clean the water intake, then unplug the filter, remove the pump head, clean any debris inside, and restart. If the motor is not running, it may be damaged. Please contact factory directly.

What to do if filtration is poor

Initial filtration takes about 24 hours. Allow up to 2 weeks to achieve a stable aquarium ecosystem. If water flow weakens significantly, check for a clogged intake. Clean it to restore performance.

What to do if the filter is noisy

Foreign objects may be inside the pump head. Unplug the filter, remove the pump head, and clean the impeller.

Key Usage Tips for Optimal Performance

1.Allow up to 2 minutes for the filter to start water flow upon first use or after cleaning. 2.Ensure the water level is high enough for the surface skimmer to float and rotate freely. 3.Clean the intake sponge regularly to prevent clogging.
