Did this item meet my expectations??? Way above and beyond my expectations!!! I love those pens, so many compliments that I received from my clients. I highly recommend!!! Smooth writing, soft material, great quality printing. The only thing I would say to the seller is use better packaging (box, some sort of cardboard) to ship the items as I have damaged a few pens trying to open the package with a knife. You have a great product so invest in shipping packages and keep your customers happy.

The pens are great. The package came damaged and I was missing some of them. I contacted the company and they did give me a small refund for the missing ones.

I am pleased with these overall, and think they will make very nice gifts. Smooth writing pens. Very tiny skips on some of the printing, but plenty good enough for the price. Fairly quick turnaround for a custom item.
