Biscuit Is Thankful

This was our first Biscuit book, and it was great for my 14 month old. The story doesn't rhyme (which I was fine with - I like having a mixture of styles for her) and tells a basic story of the things that the puppy is thankful to have. The book introduces the dog on the first page, which was nice since we haven't read any other books from this series. They do make reference to other characters that I assume are introduced in other books (Daisy, Puddles, and Sam) and it's ambiguous as to who they are (several potential characters on the page) but the story reads well even without knowing. We will look for other Biscuit books in the future!

I was disappointed that no "Look Inside" option was available. So please see my own photos attached. This book is perfect to introduce the idea of what it is to be thankful to a toddler! Cute illustrations and a simple, easy-to-understand, message about Thanksgiving!

The damage isn’t enough to go through the effort of exchanging it but if I’m paying full price for something new, I expect it to be in near perfect condition. The damage is a bunch of indentations and a few scratches with discoloration on the back cover.

My 2 1/2 year old twins love to read stories about the Little Yellow Puppy and this book is great for small children! It's a board book which is perfect because it's sturdy and should withstand the toddler years. In this book, each page has a couple sentences about what Biscuit is thankful for. The pictures are bright and colorful and it makes it easy to point out different things to my kids. This book teaches kids that we should be thankful for what we have. I highly recommend adding this book to your collection if you have a Biscuit fan in the house!

I like to put out seasonal/holiday books for our 2 year old daughter and realized there are much more limited options for Thanksgiving. This is a cute book about being thankful for things in our life. Great deal on Amazon too!

I really like this book. I've read many Biscuit books over the years and he's always a favorite for the little ones. I was looking for a Thanksgiving book to start teaching my 2 year about being thankful and found this book. It is perfect for my 2 year old since it's short and it's a board book so he can't rip it up. The story is cute.
