Amazing for the price
For the price, this is the best deal yet that I have found on a PoE IP Camera. I'm going straight into blue iris (some have noted that this camera is not onvif compatible, BI does not require onvif), using none of the cameras built in features, and with some tweaking, I've gotten to a stable 1080p30FPS stream. A high def/framerate camera that can see 180deg is unheard of at this price point (though due to the widescreen nature of the camera, it's only 180 in the horizontal axis, the pictures shown are stock out of the camera with no dewarp). It's not marketed at waterproof, but the construction looks fairly robust, so I'm giving it a try. If it turns out to be on the more fragile side, some flashing or a cover would be a good compliment. I'll save you some time looking through the internet for some info that wasn't included anywhere else:Default Username: administratorDefault Password: (leave blank)Video Stream URL: /img/media.savRTSP H.264 Port 554The settings I'm using to achieve 30FPS are as possibleStreamings>Streaming Channel = Streaming 1Streamings>Streaming 1 Settings>Video Format = H.264Streamings>Streaming 1 Settings>Resolution = 1920X1080Streamings>Streaming 1 Settings>Video Quality Control>Constant Bit Rate= 8.0 MbpsStreamings>Streaming 1 Settings>Profile= High ProfileStreamings>Streaming 1 Settings>Max Framerate= 30Disable all other streams. At night, on the strongest mode, it managed to throw light a good 70 feet across the road to the trees on the other side, so marks there. Also comes with a plug that connects to your wifi, and acts as a wireless bridge/PoE injector (if you're a CCTV novice, this camera is powered over PoE, which requires special networking equipment, or a PoE Injector). All in all, at 25 dollars, really good deal.

Deceptive advertising
I’m stuck with a camera and a 3-year protection plan I can’t use because the seller didn’t disclose that you must be able to create an IP address for the camera to work. My local cable provider doesn’t offer that option anymore to residential customers, only to commercial users. I’m trying to sell it on several of the selling apps, but no luck so far.

Great camera for the money but no instructions.
There are no instructions included and finding them online is difficult. The camera seems to have a mechanical IR cut filter based on the clicking when covering the sensor. I followed the video setup of another Amazon reviewer for image quality and was very impressed with the camera's performance and field of view. One thing to note, the camera does get warm and does not appear to be weatherproof. Using the RP131 (power supply) to connect to wifi, after it's been plugged in for 2 minutes, press the WPS button for less than 3 seconds tp pair with an AP not using a code, press for more than 3 seconds to pair using the code printed on the back of the camera. If you have a good technical background with IP cameras this should be an easy setup once you have it connected to Wifi.Edit: I have been using this as a removable outdoor camera on an RV for watching the areas where I camp at night and have been powering it with a standard POE power injector, no longer using the RP131. I put a static IP address on the camera and static IP on a Raspberry Pi then use VLC on the RPi to view the RTSP stream which can be changed in the settings on the camera through the admin web interface. So far it's been a great camera and even works well enough in complete darkness to see vehicles, people and wildlife approaching my campsites.

Affordable 180 degree POE camera + 2.4GHz wireless adapter
Thanks to Reviewer Matt, I was able to use this camera easily with my Hikvision NVRs. I am attaching the settings on the Hik side to complement Matt's recommended settings on the camera (and BI). Just use a "Custom Protocol" and modify it as in the photo. This probably works similarly with most NVRs.The main reason I'm placing a review is to give advice on the wireless adapter. Since I bought four of these, I figured I'd see how easy the adapters are to use. (I tend to avoid wireless like a plague, so these will only be used in desperation. I find a single Cat6 wire far better than providing power & saturating the wireless.)To configure the wireless adapters, assuming you're not using the outdated and insecure WPS feature: First, configure the camera as desired via traditional POE connectivity. (You’ll need a compatible POE injector.) Then, enter your wireless settings into the camera's configuration web page. After this, you can plug the camera into the RP131 and it should find the wireless network and connect. (Will still work wired if you leave wireless settings in.) I did try 5GHz, but it didn't work for me.I popped one of the RP131’s open. The two wireless antenna attach via a connector stamped: 13 IPX. The diameter of the connector on the board is 2mm, which leads me to believe it’s U.fl. It should be easy to replace the antenna if reception is a problem with the stock antenna.

For advanced users....
not ONVIF compatible BUT it provides rtsp streams for any standard IP compatible NVR/DVR.... You can easily lock down the configuration. The camera picture quality with minimal light is quite good. The inability to turn off the red LED is a negative but black tape can fix that :) ..... night vision is wanting.... but all in all for the price it completely outspecs/outperforms most competitors.

Not ONVIF compliant
Don't waste your time buying, it isn't onvif compliant... you can't add it to your network dvr so it's pretty much useless and there doesn't appear to be any firmware update. This is getting returned today.

It works well.
I tossed the power adapter away. Don't need or trust it. Camera works well as POE and image is surprisingly clear. Good price.
