Solid Compression & Reliable Support for Lifting
These feel like a well-made, robust pair of knee sleeves designed specifically for gym work. The compression is firm without being uncomfortable, and once on they provide reassuring stability during squats and other leg exercises. You can feel the support around the joint, which helps with controlled movement under load. The curved design sits more naturally around the knee than straight-tube sleeves, and the silicone grip does a good job of keeping them in place. They don’t slide down mid-set, which makes a real difference during heavier sessions. The material feels durable and breathable enough for typical workout use, and they retain their shape after use. They’re snug to pull on — as proper compression sleeves should be — so checking measurements beforehand is sensible. Overall, a sturdy and supportive option for strength training that offers good compression and stability without feeling restrictive.

Strong Compression and Good Support – Check Size Carefully
These knee sleeves provide strong compression and solid support, especially during squats and deadlifts. You can really feel the stability around the knee, which helps during heavier lifts. The material feels durable and breathable, and the anti-slip silicone grip works well to keep the sleeve in place during workouts. Once fitted correctly, they feel secure and supportive. However, it’s very important to check the measurements before buying. The compression is quite firm, so if you choose the wrong size, you may not be able to use them comfortably. Overall, a good product for gym training with strong support — just make sure you measure properly before ordering.

Reliable Support for Heavy Leg Sessions with Good Grip
This Adanis knee sleeve (size Medium) is designed specifically for gym work like weightlifting, strength training, squats, and deadlifts. It promises ergonomic curved compression, anti-slip silicone grips, and breathable, moisture-wicking fabric. Pulling them on takes a bit of effort initially (typical for snug compression sleeves), but once in place they settle comfortably. The curved shaping is a clever touch, as it reduces pressure points behind the knee compared to straight-tube designs. Sizing seems accurate for a Medium based on standard thigh/calf measurements. They wash well by hand and retain shape after a few cycles. These Adanis knee sleeves are a worthwhile choice if you're after reliable support for serious strength training without the bulk of full braces. They strike a nice balance between compression, grip, and freedom of movement, making leg days feel more secure. Ideal for regular gym-goers doing compound lifts who want something better than basic sleeves but not quite at elite powerlifting prices. If knee stability during squats and deadlifts matters to you, these deliver without major compromises.

Great
Definitely worth the purchase. I bought these for my knees and used them while skiing they made a huge difference. They’re very comfortable to wear and fit snugly against the leg without feeling restrictive. If you struggle with knee problems, these provide great support and noticeably reduce discomfort. Highly recommended.

Take a guess on the size you need!
The biggest problem I found with this product is the documented sizing information. If you've never worn this type of support before, then the question you have is how tight or loose these should fit. The information you get is for the knee support, and there are no recommendations for your own leg size. Now, I know this is very subjective, but for the information given, you have to take a guess on what size to get. I don't have the biggest legs going, so I opted for a medium size, and to be honest, they're a tight fit. The actual product looks and feels quality, but for the size I picked, they do tend to pucker up at the back of the knee, and you feel like you're forever pulling them up to fit snuggly. Hopefully, after a bit more use, they may loosen up a bit and feel more comfortable.

Great
A really good product and works really good. So far only tried this once at the gym during leg day and it made a significant improvement. They are quite snug and I’ve got these in medium size, but there is a decent grip on the inner side, so it doesn’t slip off your skin. It does take a little bit of getting used to once it’s on because it just feels a little bit off because you’re not used to wearing these. It’s like a neoprene stretchy material which is quite padded and it gives you ample amount of support, especially during pressing movements. Comes in a packet ready to use. Great price.
