Works effectively. Review: Seems sturdy enough but no instructions for use - I thought this hand exerciser seemed like a good idea and as a senior woman with pain in my hands and fingers, I wanted to try it out. It came in a plastic ziplock bag without any instructions for use. If not for the short video and pictures on the product page, I'd have no idea how to use it. I don't have a lot of strength in my hands so to me, the exerciser seems very sturdy and I like the hexagon shape. I've tried to use it for a few minutes this last week. One of the things that has been happening is when I have to grip something like the mower handle that I use infrequently, I have cramps afterwards. I'm hoping regular use of this strengthener will help prevent that. Aging is not fun in so many ways I never expected!

Good quality! Hope these exercises pay off
I’ve had hand and finger pain for many years, from overuse, lifting and moving heavy things repeatedly. One of the struggles I’ve always had is the balance between thoughts of just needing my hands to rest versus exercising them. So here I am giving this hand trainer a go. First of all, I really really liked the design of being able to perform different types of Grips and movements, or even isolating exercises to individual fingers. Do appreciate this very much about these exercises. I wish it came with some kind of exercise manual, which showed these exercises, repetition, and maybe other hints and tricks. The absence of such documentation, a bit odd as you see on the Amazon page for this product. It has photos of different exercises as well as a video. But nothing is packed with the actual product received, it comes in a clear Ziploc baggie. The next issue is quality and durability. I see some reviewers have had issue with the exerciser breaking/tearing all I can say about that is that I suppose eventually the material will break, but there needs to be a lot of common sense when performing exercises on this product and not to pull and stress material far beyond what was designed for. As for results, I’ve been using this exerciser sporadically. I don’t really have any good or bad results to report, but I will keep at it and update the review as my experience with the product develops further. I’ll end this review by saying that hey this could be the right thing for you if you have hand problems like I do. It isn’t made for extreme grip training or anything like that, could be useful for those that suffer from hand pain to do to light exercises on. Overall rating is at 3, affected by what I see as so-so value.
