its the most nature and useful way that i lost way in,losing so much weight so farchanging all my cloths now,running and little fatty food and more running.works like magic.

i had high hopes for this product. did my research, read plenty of reviews but ultimately i was still super disappointed. this product gave me a variety of odd sensations and side effects. i have tried weight loss pills before and am very familiar with the typical jitters that often accompany them. this was different. i experienced hyper jitters, excessive muscle tension, tingly skin sensations, random flashes of light in my vision and a slight inability to really concentrate or focus correctly. i was kind of freaked out a little bit. i tried to puke some of it up because i was afraid these side effects would intensify if all the drug was allowed to metabolize. i just decided to lay down and wait it out. i did not take another pill after that. i would not recommend this product to anyone.

Excellent product. I add it to my daily smoothie every day for over a year now. I think it works.

Working so far haven't changed eating habits just added pills and have lost 15lbs extra in the past 2 months

Don't bother. Didn't work for me. I bought it as it was on the Dr Oz show. Shame on him to promote such a product. If it really worked better studies would have followed.

This has not helped me to lose weight. I took 1200mg per day--two pills three times a day before meals. J

I hoped to loose weight, but instead I gained 1 Kg (2 pound)Very disappointed! What a waist of money!

It started out fairly well but has stopped. I am going back to the PureGreenCoffe that I originally purchased. I did not go back the PGC because I found the Green Coffee to be less expensive. I guess it is tru that you get what you pay for. I hope those of you who try it will have better results. LOL
