I love this product. I have a problem with my back, and place a disc wherever it hurts - it is like acupuncture but more convenient. Sometimes I have 5 or 6 discs on my back, but it works. Years ago, not in the US, I could buy larger ones and wish I could do so now.

I used these in Japan for many years and am happy to be able to get them in the US. Magnet therapy is very effective. I use them wherever muscles are tight or sore.
