Not my favorite brand.
Mainly got it to measure blood pressure. Need to calibrate to a real doctor's machine. It is not accurate but comes close once the reading difference can be established. After some use, the band stopped counting steps. I trashed it. Got me a smartwatch with better accuracy and same features (and then some).

Downside
If you don’t mind reading your watch in military time(24hr format), then this watch is great. Die to my OCD, I’m not okay with it.

Not accurate .
Not very accurate. Registered only 2 miles on the 3 mile walk I have done for years and measured with other fitness trackers . Other functions seemed to work fine. I returned this item .
