MAK Inspirations No.20 For Your Night. Eau De Perfum for Men’s - 60 ml

Sillage - Average...Projection - Average...Longevity - Good but Not Excellent...Scent - Almost exactly like Christian Dior Fahrenheit. There is a subtle difference. But definitely not as good as original Farenheit and certainly not better than Farenheit.But here's the thing - This thing cost 799. MRP on the package is 995. This is an introductory price or something. Soon it will be priced at 995. So 995 for 50ml. 1990 for 100ml. It's not cheap and certainly not cost effective. You can get original Christian Dior Fahrenheit from Unboxed.in at about 1999. Only thing is it's Unboxed. Not a retail package but absolutely 100% original. So you see Mak doesn't come to be cost effective at all. If it was 995 for 100ml then it would have been a good price. Why would you pay 1990 for a copy if you can get the original thing for 2000 (if Unboxed packaging doesn't bother you)?So even if we consider it has a good performance, which it somewhat has, it certainly is not cost effective. It fails in the price point. I will try the MAK's Azzaro Chrome clone before completely giving up on MAK.*EDIT*MAK Inspiration's mail pointed out a mistake on my part. The perfumes are 60ml, not 50ml. Even if so, 995 for 60ml (I am not considering the price 799 cause the MRP on the box is 995. 799 might be just an introductory price and I reckon MAK won't keep the price to 799 for long) comes to 1658. Still, it's not that much cost effective. You have to understand, you are paying 1658 for a product inspired by another famous product, which can be availed at around 2000 (if you are not bothered by Unboxed packaging), and this inspired product turns out to be average performing. MAK should either improve their product or reduce the price. I would say MAK should improve their products. I have used original Christian Dior Farenheit, that too from Unboxed.in and lemme tell you Farenheit is a beast of a product. Sillage, Projection and Longevity, Farenheit excels in every department. Anyways as I said before, I will try out MAK's Chrome clone and decide whether to give up on MAK or not.

Sprayed on a little 9 in the morning. It's 10 pm now, and I can still smell it without a struggle. Need I add that I'll never buy the original ever again? This is as good, if not better!And Fahrenheit is like liquid sex, gash-wetter trapped in a bottle. You'll have a hard time keeping the women off you, so beware!

If anyone wants to try this perfume,I recommend not to try or go for the original.
