Although they are posted as one size fits all, they are huge. You can just wear the strap higher (like old man pants!) or roll the strap into the support until the bag is more supportive. I put a few stitches between the bag and strap to keep it rolled up and it works great. I highly recommend these, and I will be ordering more.

Not good. I tried using this thing for foreskin restoration - keep the 'nads supported against the force of gravity at my job where I have to stand all day but allow the peen to peep out and get pulled to stimulate new skin growth. In theory it works well, but this thing isn't really helpful. The pouch is so huge that I had to alter it with needle and thread essentially sewing a new line from the hole to the bottom to reduce the volume. I am not John Smallberries, so I think this thing is designed for the typical obese bedridden hospital patient kind of scenario. Like other people said this would work better if it had leg straps to keep it stabilized. It did creep around. Bottom line is it didn't do what I want out of the box. Cutting a hole in some tight Lyrca-blend jockeys and stitching a perimeter onto the cut hole was a better solution for me.

This was a great help for my husband while he was recovering from some very painful and difficult post-surgical complications. Tried one and then bought several more. This design was comfortable to wear despite his surgical wounds from a femoral embolectomy. Easy to machine wash and dry, using a small mesh lingerie bag to keep the strap from tangling with other items. Only improvement for us would have been if the sack was a little bigger and not quite so open in the back, but his was a rather unusual case.

The hole is to small and if this is supposed to be used after hernia surgery... Wrong!!! Not even one testicle is fitting in that sack. Lol sorry guys but my old man's testicles were the size of a toddlers head after having that hernia surgery. Nothing he has on his body fits it even now. I mean it's good quality no doubt but just the functionality of it, horrible. Bigger people make it bigger please.

Not comfortable and don't fit right especially of your body parts are larger.

Way toooo small for swelling . We says one size fits all, but on the inside packaging it says size 3. Does this mean other sizes available? It does stretch enough to put 3/4 of my fist into it ( I wear large size gloves ).

Flexamed is a superior company. Ready and wanting to help. I truly have never had a supplier on internet that wanted to make certain their product was what I needed. They are great and extremely helpful. They understand what they are selling must meet the purchaser's needs. They saw to it that their product was what I needed and that it fit properly. Great guys who understand the product.

Haven't needed it yet. Probably be happy to have it someday......

did not meet with my expectations at all, not universal fit as stated...ended up in garbage...I will think twice before buying on internet....not happy...waste of my money...what a joke
